Standard Cancellation Terms

| 60+ days | 100% refund (minus deposit) |
| 30–59 days | 50% refund |
| 15–29 days | 25% refund |
| 0–14 days | No refund |
Force Majeure
In the event of cancellation due to extreme weather, national emergency, or other force majeure events, CAG Travel will offer a full credit valid for 24 months or a partial refund where costs have already been incurred.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical evacuation, and trip interruption for all remote trekking expeditions.
