Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in expeditions operated by CAG Travel, a brand of GuideMe SpA (RUT: [SERNATUR_NUMBER]), with registered address in Puerto Natales, Magallanes Region, Chile.

Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed booking form and deposit payment via WeTravel. Full payment is due 60 days before departure unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants must be in adequate physical condition for the expedition selected, disclose relevant medical conditions prior to departure, and follow guide instructions at all times.

Liability

CAG Travel maintains professional liability insurance as required by SERNATUR regulations. Participation in remote trekking expeditions carries inherent risks that cannot be fully eliminated.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Chilean law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Puerto Natales, Chile.
